Shipping:

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the order and the number of pails of product shipped.

Our online cart is directly linked to the United Parcel Service (UPS) and is set to return rates based on delivery to residential addresses in the United States only.

UPS Ground is the only option for shipping due to the weight and nature of Liquid Ceramic®.

Returns/Exchanges:

Given the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. We understand that this is a significant investment, and will do what we can to ensure that you get both the correct base and quantity for your project prior to you ordering.

In the event that you have ordered the wrong base, you may qualify for an exchange. To qualify, all returned product must arrive unaltered and in it's original container. No opened containers or tinted product will be accepted for an exchange. All product will be inspected for eligibility prior to issuing an exchange. All associated shipping costs for both the return and reshipment will be the customer's responsibility.

In the event that you recieve the incorrect product from your order, you may qualify for an exchange at no cost to you. Should this happen, please do not open or alter the product or packaging and contact Customer Service at 1-800-466-2691 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Eastern Time. Otherwise, feel free notify us of the situation HERE.

NOTE: Any product that is opened or tinted is ineligible for an exchange.
